Scientific Method and Lab Procedure and Safety Life: microorganisms, cells, genetics, and the
five major kingdoms with an emphasis on the classification of plants and animals.
Earth: changes in the Earth’s surface, focusing on constructive and destructive forces.
Physical: investigate matter, stressing the
difference between physical and chemical changes as well as investigating the relationship between magnetism and electricity.
Health: explore the effects of drugs, tobacco,
and alcohol on the human body. Students will also learn how to properly maintain a physically and mentally healthy lifestyle.
