Research Problem

Types of Egyptian university institutions vary in the preparation of kindergarten teacher; you can see: Kindergarten Faculties, Women's College , Faculties of Education & Faculties of Specific Education.

This variety may lead to a problem in evaluating university performance quality at these institutions. Hence, some dimensions of the gab between the status quo and the hopeful emerge in the staff performance of the university tasks (in: instruction, scientific research & society service).

This suspects the ability of outcomes (teacher) to face the future with it's danger & challenges.

Types of Egyptian university institutions vary in the preparation of kindergarten teacher; you can see: Kindergarten Faculties, Women's College , Faculties of Education & Faculties of Specific Education.

This variety may lead to a problem in evaluating university performance quality at these institutions. Hence, some dimensions of the gab between the status quo and the hopeful emerge in the staff performance of the university tasks (in: instruction, scientific research & society service).

The breadth of knowledge concept, the release of new knowledge field and the development of communication & information technology; all led to the change of our knowledge needs & also led to our need to a different kind of faculty staff members in the Faculty of Kindergarten.

We can say that developing faculties of Kindergarten in Egypt is no longer a choice, it becomes a must to face the future .

The most important results of the future study The future study displayed three scenarios represent the trends expected in the future of the performance of the faculty members in Egyptian Kindergarten’s Faculties in the instructional job. These scenarios have been classified into:The Stereotypical Scenario – The Innovation Scenario - The Reform scenario.1- The Stereotypical Scenario reflects the continuation of the traditional way of performing the tasks of instruction in the Faculties of Education in Egypt . It included (4 scenes) concerning (programs & courses, awareness of including the future dimension, methodologies & evaluation methods). 2- The Innovation Scenario reflects the partial development of performing the tasks of instruction in the Faculties of Education in Egypt. It included (4 scenes) (The last 2 scenes in the Stereotypical Scenario & 2 scenes concerning including the future dimension in : aims & content of programs & courses).3- The Reform Scenario reflects the overall development of performing the tasks of instruction in the faculties of education in Egypt. It included 2 basic scenes concerning the sources of feedback of the future development of the content of the courses. Beside, establishing a specialized center in including the future dimension in programs & courses.
