Whether this concerns an entirely new boiler house including all the corresponding boiler house equipment, or replacement of one or more parts or just the boiler itself, we can completely unburden you. We have supplied and commissioned more than 1000 units, which bears witness to our comprehensive expertise in the field of boiler units/installations.

We have the know-how and manpower to design, deliver, assemble and commission the boiler plant which is most suitable in your specific case. The boiler plant will be manufactured in full agreement with your demands. However we also assist you in making the best choices in order to achieve an optimum price/quality ratio.

New boiler houses can be designed by us with optimum layout and most suitable equip-ment and instruments; existing boiler houses can be optimised. We will provide expert advice about the need for or benefits of: • de-aerators; • RO-units (reverse osmosis);• water softeners;• chemical dosing units;• economisers;• flue gas condensors;• connecting piping and appendages;• the electro-technical installation.

All facets of the work, such as engineering, planning, delivery, assembly and commissioning are executed by our own people: a concentration of experience and knowledge under one single roof. Our project manager is your single point of contact, dealing swiftly with any requests or unforeseen happenings, might these occur.. As we are fully aware that every second of downtime counts, we are at your service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The largest specialist in the Netherlands in the field of boiler repair and maintenance will get your installation into operation as soon as possible. Standard Fasel is an excellent choice for both maintenance & repair tasks and improvement & optimization measures. We have the largest service and maintenance fleet in the Netherlands in the field of boilers, working on all types of boilers burning all types of fuel. If required, we rely on a large pool of engineers and specialists, giving us the flexibility and optimal combination of practical experience and theoretical knowledge. On top of that, we do own drawings and specifications of all (former) major boiler manufacturers such as Stork, Schelde, NEM, Backer & Rueb and Standard Fasel. Downtime in emergency situationsWe are 24 hours a day available in case of calamities. Numerous Service Co-ordinators in the Netherlands have the role of single point of contact in your region, knowing you and your installation well. This enables us to act quickly in emergency situations. The Service Co-ordinator ensures that the required mechanics and welders arrive on site swiftly with the correct tools. Our colleagues at Tools 4 Rent supply the required professional tools 24 hours a day. All to fulfill our mission: getting your installation into operation as quickly as possible. Scheduled stopsAlso in case of scheduled stops, minimizing downtime is of vital importance. Highly organized scheduling of the maintenance and improvement activities reduce the downtime of your installation and minimize the cost. Extra welders and mechanics can be arranged in situations where unforeseen events form a threat to the schedule, ensuring that the downtime of your installation is reduced to a minimum. Customer oriented providing good valueClose co-operation between our employees and our customer is essential.
