History! 1860 village CHemrek. In 1880 village was renamed to Vinodelinoe.

In 1935 villages was renamed to Ipatovo in honour of participant of the Civil war Ipatova Petra Maksimovicha, killed in 1918 here.

In 1979 villages has received the status of the town.
