    Under the new provision of the Patents Act, 1970 as amended by the Patents (Amendment) Act, 2005

    and Rules there under, Publication of the matter relating to Patents in the Official Gazette of India Part III,

    Section 2 has been discontinued and instead The Official Journal of the Patent Office is being published

    containing all the activities of The Patent Office such as publication of all the patent applications after 18th

    months , grant of patents & all other information in respect of the proceedings as required under the provisions

    of the Patents (Amendment) Act, 2005 and Rules thereunder on weekly basis on every Friday.

    The Journal is uploaded in the website every Friday. So Paper form and CD-ROM form of the Journal are

    discontinued from 01/01/2009.

    SPECIAL NOTICE

    Every effort is being taken to publish all the patent applications under section 11(A) of the Patents Act.

    However, if duplication of publication of any application is found, then earlier date of publication will be taken

    for the purpose of provisional protection for applicant and Patent Office will grant Patent not before six months

    (57) Abstract :

    The invention deals with Mobile IP that provides mobility support in the Internet. The wbrk enlightens a novel scheme to improve the

    performance of Mobile IP protocol in wireless network scenario. In this scheme, each mobile node will migrate to a foreign network

    which is associated with a register buffer by using bit map indexing method with the help of register buffer. During handoff time, a

    mobile node can decide whether to move to its buffer and report the handoff to the home agent, or simply to report the handoff and

    then to the buffer. In this way, the scheme is adaptive and can be made to reduce the burden on the home agent and optimize the total

    cost of message delivery and mobility management. In the handover initiation, two significant factors viz. tunnel establishment and

    packet forwarding possess profound effect for mobile node as well as specialized mobility agents in a particular network. An

    important application of packet combining is Aggressive Packet Combining (APC) scheme. In this perspective three non-conventional

    protocols have been designed and analyzed to get throughput of APC instead of logical bit recognitions of the packet.

    frame of the video traffic of the second access category based on the status of the traffic congestion; assigning a predetermined

    number of buffers from at least the allocated buffers of the third access category and the fourth access category to the second access

    category based on the number of buffers to be borrowed for transmission of the video frame; and transmitting the video frame over the

    allocated second number of buffers and assigned number of buffers from the at least the third access category and the fourth access

    category.

    configured with the micro-controller unit to receive the actuation signal. The stepper motors hold a plurality of solar panels and utilize

    the received actuation signal to position the solar panels in a way to receive the sunlight from the direction having a maximum

    computed intensity of the sunlight.

    Disclosed are symmetric hyperloop system and method for management and mitigation of space debris. The symmetric hyperloop

    of thrusters, and a heat-shielded container. The sensors are operable to sense the presence of space debris. The cameras are configured

    with the sensors and further synchronized through a magnetic field. Each of the hyperloop modules individually produces variable and

    controllable Electromagnetic Pulse to deflect and direct the space debris having a predefined dimension towards earth atmosphere.

    The solar panels power the hyperloop modules, thrusters, sensors, and cameras. The thrusters align the symmetric hyperloop system in

    an assigned orbit. The heat-shielded container stores the space debris.

    This innovation is related to the development ofa low poweraeronautical single channel and multichannel ultrasonic data

    communication system. Inaeronautical communication, single channel of bandwidth 1 KHz were used allowing 8 bits of data packet

    transferred from the transmitter to the receiver concurrently. The rate of data transfer achieved was up to 1 kb/s. A model of acoustic

    modem was designed during the work which could anticipate ultrasonic signals. The carrier frequency of data transmission was 40

    KHz. The Bit Error Rate (BER) of the system was analyzed for different distances. Through the model designed we have transmitted

    image data, audio data and text data and received successfully. Further the source point was replaced with multipoint for application of

    Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) and show that multipoint point communication is possible with a rate of 327 b/s. The conclusion

    drawn was the oblique angles of less than 7and error-free transmission could still be achieved.

    "Television viewers channel cost calculation system (TVCCCS)" monitors users channel watching time in seconds and charged

    according to channel usage. TVCCCS is specifically defined to give benefit of various broadcasting channels. User will be charged as

    per their usage on viewing every channel every day per second basis. This has been done with the help of a programming card

    mounted inside the set top box of the viewers. Which calculates amount of time in seconds of every channel which user views every

    day and converted to the total amount at last of the month or a day? Timer is fixed to count amount of time in seconds. This amount is

    deducted from the main balance which is initial recharge of the user. This will continue till end of main balance. Also this calculated

    amount will be sent to the Channel Transmission Company and end user through internet or IOT kit or mobile chip placed inside the

    set top box. Because of which two way communications has been done. Also this whole remaining amount or charged amount

    summary displayed on the television screen to view in the message folder. So that user will come to know when to recharge for next

    time. Present invention provides one more facility which defines; user can be able to select channels as per user demand or use rather

    than company channel packages. User can select the channel through their registration id and will be informed to the Channel

    broadcasting Company, this user data stored in the company"s database. This information next forwarded to broadcasting satellite

    which will broadcast only selected channels. Present invention also focuses on activation and de-activation of selected channel. When

    User views any channel that time that channel will be activated and other channels are de-activated. This is also done with the help of

    broadcasting Channel Company and satellite. Satellite will broadcast only selected channel at that time to that particular user

    according to transmission company guide. Present invention will be used for the common people to get rid of from unnecessary and

    A Process of Manufacturing of Segment for Carbon Thrust Bearing A process of manufacturing of segment for carbon thrust

    bearing uses stainless-steel (SS) round bars/sheets/logs of suitable grade as raw material. The SS round bars/sheets/logs undergo

    cutting operation to cut into SS billets. The billets successively undergo heating and hot forging processes to form segments of desired

    shapes. Thereafter, the segment is subjected to heat treatment process i.e. stress relieving, hardening and tempering process

    successively for obtaining consistent and uniform grain structure, mechanical properties and physical properties of segments which are

    cost-effective in terms of lower maintenance and lower handling efforts. After heat-treatment process, segment undergoes surface-

    finishing processes i.e. grinding, lapping and polishing successively for obtaining mirror like surface finishing that gives greater anti-

    friction property and lower co-efficient of friction. The manufacturing process according to present invention yields consistent grain

    structure, refine, dense and uniform microstructure of segments which imparts optimum strength, ductility, toughness and resistance to

    impact and fatigue.

    (57) Abstract :

    "Wireless Vehicle Seat Occupation Monitoring System (WVSOMS)" monitors seat management inside the public transportation

    vehicle. It counts the occupied seats with the help of small kit mounted below the seat of the passenger, which consists of pressure

    sensor, micro-controller, Wi-Fi module etc. This small kit senses the pressure over the seat and increments the passenger count. In this

    way whole passengers are counted inside the vehicle and displayed on the display screen of driver and owner or passenger

    Management Company because of which driver will come to know passenger count, his start and destination location. No need to ask

    passenger about their destination location or count number of passenger at every stop. Once user performs online ticket booking his

    start and destination location will be enrolled inside the database. According this online booking normal passenger count is displayed

    on the screen. This number is verified with the passengers seated inside the vehicle through pressure sensor kit if any person travelling

    long distance without paying proper value or rate can be captured and will be punished. Also driver or conductor does unauthorized

    vacant seat filling operation without knowledge of the owner can be avoided. This methodology is useful to avoid corruption made on

    the vacant seat or person cheats to government can be disclosed. WVOSMS also introduces GPS system and Pre-recorded sound

    playing system to know user about his coming or current destination location information. So that user don"t have to worry where to

    get down or ask someone else. In this way present invention not only help to user but also to government or vehicle owner.

    This invention is related to a process for optimizing speed and power consumption of beacon based software defined radio systems

    with the help of software and hardware reconfiguration. We have put forward a unique proposition, wherein the system speed can be

    improved at run-time by tweaking the beacon and acknowledgement intervals, without compromising on the communication quality.

    The invented system is tested on real time FPGAs and produced a power saving of about 47 %, and speed up the system by 10% when

    compared to traditional beacon based Software Defined Radio (SDR) systems. We also tested the invented system with a parallel

    processing and pipelining based hardware, and found the results to be equally competent. This patent also covers an innovative frame

    structure which allows the invented system to be used in any kind of wireless environments.

    Present invention provides a process of energizing the process machine by inverter fed motors. The main feature of this invention is to

    overcome the shortcoming of elimination of some higher harmonic component of inverted dc supply using separate equivalent DC

    source and equivalent DC motor. The situation is obviously led to connecting two energy sources to a common load. This situation

    calls for inception of 2 DOF system mechanical power transmissions to connect two independent energy sources with different input

    torques and input speed to a common Process unit. This aspect is the most challenging aspect of invention. Following invention is

    This invention describes the Low cost Two in One Mosquito Catcher and Terminator (TOMCT), which overcomes the drawback of

    ordinary mosquito catcher or terminator. The main drawback of existing mosquito repellant is spreads the gases in short distance from

    the repellant. Similarly, mosquito catcher is voluntarily attracting the mosquitoes from the environment to inside the home. But the

    designed two in one device is constructed by mosquito catcher and terminator in one device. The same device can catch or terminate

    the mosquitoes when it"s required. The catcher is used in open environment and mosquito terminator used in inside the home.

    Similarly, the two in one device is operated in dual power one is solar and another one is AC power supply from the home with the

    convertor unit. The designed two in one TOMCT features are: i) Single device can used in two operation such as mosquito catcher and

    terminator ii) Simple operation, iii) Easy portability and iv) Less weight and low cost v) High reliability and less maintenance, vi)

    (57) Abstract :

    The various aspects of the invention generally comprises an arm and fore arm assistance device and system as well as a method for

    operating the arm rehabilitation device. One exemplary embodiment relates to a device for assisting a user to articulate the arm and

    forearm, the device having an upper section, a lower section, and at least one flexible movable joint between the upper and lower

    section. In this embodiment, the device comprises an exoskeleton with a top rectangular hollow frame in one plane adapted to be

    coupled to the bottom hexagonal hollow frame in a second plane for encompassing around the arm and fore arm section of the device

    user"s shoulder such that the lower hexagonal frame provides a 120 degree of movement to the fore arm in a single axis on a one

    degree of freedom enabling the lifting of the pre-determined load. The entire weight of the said device is transferred to the shoulder of

    the user through the backpack holding the said arrangement. The further exemplary embodiment relates to the device comprising the

    shafts and pulley operating in the block and tackle mechanism connected through the plurality of cables. The brushless out runner

    motor provides a high speed energy controlled by the speed controller which is transmitted to the said cable through the gear box for
