Cosmos Launches New Group Fitness Class In August  Group PowerCosmos Fitness is proud to announce that starting in August we will be offering anew group fitness class called Group Power. What is Group Power? Group Power is YOUR HOUR OF POWER! Blast allyour muscles with this highrep weight training workout. Using an adjustablebarbell, weight plates and body weight, Group Power combines squats, lunges,presses, and curls with functional integrated exercise. Dynamic music andmotivating group atmosphere will get your heart rate up, make you sweat andpush you to a personal best. This class is for men AND woman. Classes willstart August 3rd and classes will be offered every Monday and Wednesdayat 6:30pm and Sunday at 12pm Click here to watch a video about GroupPower.

Garett DeHart, for 3 months and is seeing some incredibleresults. Garrett has been with Homa through every step ofthe Tru Results System including using the QWIK  StartNutrition Plan in which she lost 6 lbs in 3 days. OverallHoma down 15 lbs total and has lost 34 inches on herwaist. Keep it up. But dont take it from us, The is whatHoma has to say..... "I have been working with Garrett for a month. I explained my needs andgoals. He is keenly aware of my limitation due to my age and jointproblems. I have arthritis and inflamed knee and elbow joints. Garrett hadto construct a workout routine to meet my specific needs and limitations. Today we both noticed that in spite of my injured joints, I have built endurance anddoing fine. This progress is mainly due to my trainer's gentle encouragement and persistence inintegrating exercises that work for me He does push me along to increase the endurance level andmakes sure I do not injure myself. I am quite happy with the results and plan to continue myregiment until we accomplish the desired result. Thank you for providing this great opportunity forme."

Announcements Cosmos Fitness     * Kids Club Now FREE!!! Starting August 1st Cosmos will no longer be charging ourmembers for Kids Club. We will however have a limit on thenumber of kids that can be in the Kids Club at any given time. Wewill be providing new Rules & Regulations as of August 1. Thesewill be availible both in the Kids Club and Front Desk. 

* Atlanta 2Day Walk for Breast Cancer Cosmos Fitness has partnered with the Atlanta 2Day Walk for Breast Cancer and will be hosing a"Pink Out" Event on Sept 19th from 10am1pm. We are accepting donations as well. Moreinformation to follow, but we do have a donation can at the front desk for smaller donations. 

* Member Appreciation Party   Wednesday 7/29 from 5pm7pm  Cosmos Fitness will be hosting a Group Power Launch Party for all our membersspotlighted by the launch of our new class  Group Power at 6:30. Space islimited so come early.
