EXPRESSION OF INTEREST / PREQUALIFICATION FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE LOW ACTIVITY WASTE PRETREATMENT SYSTEM PROJECT
EOI REVISION/EXTENSION ANNOUNCEMENTDear Interested Party:
The attached EOI Prequalification Questionnaire has been revised to include additional information that will help interested parties to better understand the Project Scope. A summary of the changes are as follows:
1. Section A - Facility Scope Definition – Addition of modeling drawings that better depicts the scope especially relating to buildings layout, process vaults, ion exchange valve pit module skid, cross flow filter skid, and cesium and filter feed tanks.
2. Section D - Additional information relating to Earn Value Management System.3. Section E – Addition Team identification instruction and questions.4. Section J – Minor Health and Safety changes
The response due date is changed to on or before Friday, March 17, 2017. Each Subcontractor is to complete the attached questionnaire in its entirety and provide the information requested. All responses shall be sent via email to [email protected]. Please use Expression of Interest LAWPS-MLM-2017-001 in the e-mail subject line.
Additionally, please send an email stating your company’s intent on responding to the EOI.
