b. If Question 25 is answered “No”, we should also skip the rest of the questions on these pages.

c. Question 27 will only be asked of somebody applying for a “new USDOT #”.

d. Need to add something similar to Question -26 from the original MCSA-1 form (Is the Applicant applying for new or renewing a Hazardous Materials Safety Permit (HMSP)?
