近年の国際化,情報化,高齢化の進む環境下で,繊維産業とりわけ地場 の織維産業に対する情勢はますますきびしく,かってない試練に直面して おります。 この中にあって,技術力の向上はますます重要さを増し,また,消費者 ニーズの多様化,多品種少量化,短サイクル化の変化に対応する生産体制 の確立が重要であります。 このような情勢をふまえ,湖北の浜ちりめん,ビロード,湖東の寝装寝 具,インテリア,麻服地,湖西の綿クレープ,ゴムベルト用の産業資材布 など,三産地を中心に活力ある地琴産業を目指し,産地企業のニーズに対 応した各種の技術指導,試験研究,技術者研修等の事業を積極的に実施し てきました。 また,産地組合や研究グループが実施してきた新技術・新商品の開発や デザイン開発などの産地振興事業に対しても,積極的な指導支援の努力を 重ねてまいりました。 ここに,昭和60年度に実施した指導研究業務の概要をまとめましたの でご高覧の上ご指導ご教示賜われば幸いと存じます。 昭和 61 9
