Symptom 

You receive sporadic error messages 15 060 "User session (HTTP/SMTP/..) terminated after timeout"or, after implementing Note 1364845, you receive error message WEBDYNPRO_RT 021 "A request forserver & was sent to server &.".The messages occur particularly if a large number of users are on your system. In addition, you usea load balancer or dispatcher before your system runs in the Web Dynpro ABAP.

Reason and Prerequisites 

Possible causes:1.) You are not using the SAP Web Dispatcher, but a third party product.The load balancer or dispatcher does not know the rules of SAP session handling and distributesrequests, which belong to a stateful application in the back end, to different application servers.As a result, the Web Dynpro ABAP application is terminated with one of the aforementioned errormessages. In addition, sessions may hang on application servers.2.) You may be using several SAP Web Dispatchers with another load balancer (if required) beforethese Web dispatchers. Solution Check whether the problem also exists if you do not use a load balancer or Web dispatcher betweenyour browser and the back-end server. Adjust your network structure if required.
