Lucas D. Smith second letter to attorney Mario Apuzzo. February 21 st , 2011. 1 Lucas D. I understand that you also had the opportunity, on that same day, to speak with my friend, and fellow patriot, Bruce Steadman of Tucker, Georgia. Attorney Apuzzo, I like your idea of me submitting to a lie detector test and I wholeheartedly and enthusiastically welcome the opportunity to do so. I’ve heard good things about lie detector tests. I recently spoke with a police officer regarding such tests and he told me that lie detector tests have improved over time and that the tests are very accurate. The police officer also told me that I should not have any problems passing the test so long as I tell the truth. I hereby request that I not be asked questions (before, during or after the testing) that are in any way related to the following subjects (a thru b): a. My wife, marriage or sex. b. Religion, God, or god. Attorney Apuzzo, I understand, per or according to our phone conversation, that you’d like the lie detector test to take place (physically) in New Jersey or New York. I find no reason to object to your terms and I trust that you’ll choose, or have chosen, a reputable and impartial polygrapher to perform or conduct the test(s). At this point in my life I am exceptionally afraid, perhaps deathly afraid, of physically entering into most airports for fear of being and unjustly or unjustifiably detained by the federal

As you know I am away from home for the time being. O how I miss the humidity and muggy, mucky, clammy and sultry air of the Midwest as well as the Caribbean. I have zero desire, zilch,to ever again set foot or eye upon such desolate like areas, better known as aforbidden zone inthe 1968 movie Planet of the Apes, that are found in the Southwest of United States of America. The dry air of the Southwest appears to suck the life from the body's largest organ, skin, and Ipity the poor wretched souls that call the Southwest their home. The smell itself of the dry air inthe Southwest is unpleasant and almost intolerable.

In any event, as I am away from home, please contact me by my above listed email addressand/or telephone number (3 I 9-804-0440).
