EMC

The growing electromagnetic pollution and the European and internatio-nal standards require electromagnetic shielding.The European EMC 89/336 directive affects electric and electronic equip-ment which can create or be subject to electromagnetic disturbances. Cabinets and empty enclosures in general do not directly generate anydisturbance and are not ruled by the EMC directive.In order to meet the directive and offer an effective product, Eta hasdeveloped a specific Areta cabinet suitable for EMC applications.

Areta EMCSTANDARD ARETAStandard cabinets guarantee a good EMC shielding degree.Standard sendzimir galvanized mounting plate gives good electric conductivity in those parts in contact with the mounted equipment.It also guarantees a very quick and high electrostatics dissipation and improves EMC attenuation.

ARETA EMCTo achieve a high EMC shielding degree the cabinet structure and all its components are manufactured in sendzimir galvanized sheet steel.The cabinet is then painted on the external surfaces only.Conductive gaskets guarantee complete continuity with the structure, giving it the same IP protection degree.

On request:Windows manufactured in polycarbonate or metacriled with an inner metallic grid guaranteeing perfect monitor and display viewing, even high definition, without substantially altering the shielding value.Gaskets with high fireproof degree UL94VO.
