Ltd. and ……………………………………………………………………………………(Referred as client) Persons Present: For INTERARCH For Client 1. 1. 2. 2. 3. 3. Following points discussed and finalised: 1. Interarch will execute the project as per drawing approved by client within mutually agreed time schedule. 2. Client is responsible for completion of anchor bolt-casting work. Interarch’s site engineer will verify the dimensions of anchor bolts set by client prior to casting. 3. Client shall ensure finished top level of column as per drawing and no bars coming out of it, properly grouted with free flowing grouting material to ensure smooth and perfectly horizontal top surface. 4. Client is responsible for all civil work as per INTERARCH drawing approved by client well in time. 5. Client is responsible for under column grouting with high strength, non-shrinking, fast setting grouting material soon after erection, leveling and alignment of columns. 6. Client shall provide space near building to unload and store the building material. 7. Client shall provide leveled and well-compacted earth for smooth movement of crane imparting erection. 8. Client shall provide additional material, if any, in their scope well in time. 9. One coat painting of structure with synthetic enamel is strongly recommended by INTERARCH, immediately after the receipt of the material at site. Application of primer in the factory is only a protective measure to ensure good condition of material during transportation. If painting is in scope of INTERARCH, it will be taken care by INTERARCH. 10. If painting of structure is not in INTERARCH scope, client shall complete the first coat of paint prier to erection and second coat of painting (if required by them) immediately after erection. Sheeting and cladding work can only be carried out after second coat of painting (if required). 11. Any changes required by client after receipt of material shall be communicated to INTERARCH marketing department for studying feasibility and financial impact before they can be implemented.

12. Erection work will start after seven days of all anchor bolt casting work and completion of one coat of painting (if required by client), after receipt of all material at site.

13. Client has to produce civil foundation stability certificate, confirming that foundations are adequate to withstand all the reactions and forces of PEB, to be erected over it, as given by INTERARCH, prior to start of erection.
