METALLURGICAL COATINGS DATA SHEET

The characteristic matt textured surface of the Sherardizing also provides an

excellent key to the organic barrier layer enhancing the performance of both

processes.

The first element of the Sheraplex system, Sherardizing, is a diffusion process

in which articles are heated in the presence of Zinc Dust. The process is

normally carried out in a slowly rotating closed container at temperatures

ranging from 320-500˚C.

The resultant zinc/iron alloyed coating is subsequently zinc phosphated

resulting in a clean, passivated, matt grey surface. The coating closely

follows the contours of the base material and uniform coatings are produced

on articles including those of intricate shapes.

The second element to the duplex coating is an organic barrier layer.

Applied by either a dip/spin or spray technique, the layer is subsequently

stoved at 200˚C resulting in a uniform, complete coverage coating which

allows intricate shaped and precision machined components to be treated.

Liner Data Sheet - EPDM Description: Greenseal EPDM Irrigation Tank Lining Material 0.75mm – 1.00mm is a flexible robust material with excellent cut through, abrasion and UV resistance. EPDM offers a stronge (0.75mm thickness can be used on 4 and 5 ring tanks) and more cost efficient option than Butyl. Advantages: 1. Cover Data Sheet – Galvanised Steel Description: Galvanised steel tank cover specifically designed for Evenproducts tanks. The cover is available in all tank sizes upto 14.63 metres (48’) and is supplied complete with two access hatches and a ball valve bracket. The cover prevents the growth of algae, stops evaporation and acts as a barrier to rainwater and wind borne debris. A heavy duty tailored PVC cover draped over a centre support structure which is held in position and tensioned throughout, using adjustable polypropylene guy ropes attached to galvanised eye nuts. The cover is available for all tank sizes from 2.74 to 7.32 metres (9’ to 24’) diameter, and can be supplied to fit any height of tank.

Statement of WARRANTY

Product : Galvanised Steel Water Storage Tank Evenproducts Limited, hereafter known as Evenproducts guarantee against defects in labour, material and manufacture of the galvanised steel water storage tanks, steel covers and outlets for a period of 1 year. The warranty starts from the date of delivery ex works and is valid for the application of storage of water. In case of a claim under warranty the conditions are as follows:

1. If an abnormality is found during the period of warranty resulting from a material or production fault Evenproducts will be obliged to arrange the necessary repairs or to supply replacement material to repair the fault.

2. The warranty shall not exceed the value of the material delivery. The

producer or Evenproducts shall not assume the liability for consequential damages of any kind.

Excluded from the warranty are:

1. Claims resulting from the use of the above product if the material is exposed to stresses to which the material is not suitable for.

2. The incorrect erection and use of the water storage tank.

3. The use of water storage tanks leading to errors caused by handling

with an unsuitable material or use under extraordinary pressure and overloads.

In all cases the laws of England and Wales apply.


Product : Standard PVC 0.75mm Evenproducts Limited, hereafter known as Evenproducts guarantee on behalf of the producer of standard PVC 0.75mm membrane 5 years lifetime. Evenproducts guarantee the water tightness of the seals for the same period. The warranty starts from the date of delivery ex works and is valid for the application of storage of water. In case of a claim under warranty the conditions are as follows:

1. If an abnormality is found during the period of warranty resulting from a material or production fault Evenproducts will be obliged to arrange the necessary repairs or to supply replacement material for the faulty membrane or the seals.




1. Claims resulting from the use of the above product if the material is exposed to stresses which exceed the values and substances listed in the products datasheet and the chemical resistance list.

2. The use of membranes which are unsuitable for a specific

application.

3. The use of membranes leading to errors caused by handling with an unsuitable material or use under extraordinary pressure and overloads.
