1.Leave Encashment Applicaton Process

Step-1 :- Login on ESS portal

Step-2 Overview - RVPN Employee Portal - Internet Explorer

Step-3 Click on payment

Step-4 Click on Leave Encashment Application

Step-5 :-In this screen user may check PL quota

Step 6 :-For leave Encashment application click on New Request.

Step 7:-Fill details

Note: - User shall select the approver as per rules and regulation.

Step 8:- Click on Review: - On review system save application as draft.

Step 9:- Click on Submit

2.Process for leave Encashment Application

Approval

Go to Task and notification and click on leave request

Select Approver Action:-Approved or reject.

Click on ok for leave approval.

3.Process for leave Encashment Order Generation

Step-1 Go to zhr_leaveorders

Step-2 Select leave Encashment and execute

Fill details

date :- start date of month to end date of month

Employee no:- Employee no.

Payroll :- not mandatory

And click on execute

click on execute

For order generation click on employee code

Fill details

Then click on execute
