Day of arrival. Arrived about 10 am at the Hyatt Regency and they had my room ready without any extra charge! Went to the 16th Street Mall – a mile long street loaded with gift shops, boutiques, restaurants, cafes, you name it. Then to the Convention Centre for pre-reg. The Centre was enormous and pre-reg tables were way, way back, a hike of at least one and a half city blocks! And it has a Blue Bear Standing guard outside!
