Managing CATMS Pop-ups: Tabs

There is no Home button in CATMS, so each time you perform an action, a new window or tab will open (pop up). For this reason, many find it easier to have pop-ups open as tabs in one window, rather than as multiple windows. To have pop-ups open as tabs in one window:

1. Select in the top right of your browser. 2. Select “Internet options.” “Internet Options” dialogue box opens. 3. Select “Tabs.” “Tabbed Browsing Settings” dialogue box opens. 4. Select “Always open pop-ups in a new tab.”5. Select “OK.” “Tabbed Browsing Settings” dialogue box disappears.6. On “Internet Options” dialogue box, select “Apply.”7. On “Internet Options” dialogue box, select “OK.”
