Aims to improve the quality of health care, particularly for mothers and babies, in two hospitals in Kailahun District

By providing reliable water and electricity supplies to the two hospitals
By helping local people advocate for better health provision for mothers and babies
By helping local government staff improve their monitoring of key health indicators in the district
