Thirty years of continuous growth, is the proof of the momentum that has been maintained at Alsaad General Contracting Company since its incorporation in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, back in 1983.

Alsaad is one of the leading turnkey general contractors who provide total “engineering, procurement, and construction” services.

Alsaad enjoys the services of a team of highly talented engineers and staff as well as a largely dedicated and well trained work force.

● PROJECT MANAGEMENTAlsaad General Contracting is a company that meets its objectives by undertaking multiple projects and by completing them successfully. Alsaad uses an enterprise wide project management approach in order to control its projects activities, quality, safety and customer relations.

● ENGINEERINGAlsaad has a professional team of engineers and designers. They provide conceptual shop drawings for the proposals stage and as built drawings for the construction stage.

● PROCUREMENTThe procurement team secures according to specifications the required highest quality materials, supplies, equipment and services, for projects, as and when needed at the most economically favorable terms. They coordinate all logistics needed to enable ordered items a prompt delivery to meet project schedules.

● CONSTRUCTIONAlsaad’s proficiency in construction is demonstrated by the successful completion of numerous complex projects on time and to the required specifications. Since its inception, Alsaad has diversified its field of operations and became much more sophisticated. This has enabled it to gain new skills and expertise.
