Remote Web Workplace includes a Web-based version of Outlook, which is called Outlook Web Access (OWA). When you are traveling or working from home, you can read your e-mail and manage your mailbox and calendar in much the same way as you do from the office. For example, you can:

Move e-mail

messages from your

Inbox to other

folders.

Be notified that you have new mail.

Configure your computer to use Outlook via the Internet

If you are using Outlook 2003, and your computer is connected to the Internet, you can remotely access your company mailbox even though you are working outside your organization's firewall. For more information and step-by-step instructions about how to configure your computer to use this feature, click Configure your computer to use Outlook via the Internet on the main menu for Remote Web Workplace.
