Determination is tackling a task, that seems insurmountable too you - But having the sticktooitiveness to “getter done” - one step at a time.

When you try for a TEAM – YOU have no guarantee of making the TEAM.

BUT ! The greater your effort to make the team – the better the quality of the TEAM that is eventually formed.

speed skating teams are only as strong as their weakest skater in the relays & pursuits .
