We came into contact with Sourcing Investments through the training that we did to learn about property investing. 3. Tell us about the deal (the high-level details - strategy, how you bought it, what is your intention with the property) We started with BTL but later found an HMO opportunity attractive. After doing the analysis and working through the numbers, studying the area and seeking advice from our mentor, we bought the property with cash. Our aim was to have a high rental income which is a passive income, and once the property is sustainable and established, we will look to refinance the property after few months, as this is more favourable to lenders. 4. 1. Tell us about yourself (background) and why are you wanting to invest in property?

My wife and I have two kids and we live in Hong Kong. We wanted to start property investing with the aim to create passive income for the kids' education funds and our retirement. Most of all, we are having fun doing property more than other investment tools.

the sourcing fee to the sourcer once the deal has completed. This give us so much confidence and security by using Sourcing Investments.

5. Any positives about your experience that you would want to share with other investors (e.g. SI power teams)?

As the SI platform is an independent third party platform between us, the investor, the sourcers, and the power teams, we find it secure and have the peace of mind starting our property journey.

6. What are your investment plans for the future?

We aim at refinancing the HMO we bought in a few months, and then buy 3 more properties in 2018. In addition, due to our experience we are now going to attract angel investors for more funds and continue to grow out property investment portfolio.
