(1) the promotion of following IPS officers of1986 and 1987 batches of J&K Cadre to thegrade of DGP-Level 16 in the Pay Matrix w.e.f01.01.2017:-

(i) Smt. D. R. Doley, IPS (JK:1986), ADGP,(on Central Deputation) - on Proforma

(ii) Mr. Navin Agarwal, IPS (JK:1986),ADGP, (on Central Deputation) - onProforma basis.

(iii) Mr. V. K. Singh, IPS (JK:1987), ADGP(Hqrs) PHQ.

(iv) Mr. S.M. Sahai, IPS (JK: 1987), ADGP,(on Central Deputation) - on Proformabasis.

(v) Mr. Dilbag Singh, IPS (JK: 1987), ADGP(Security), J&K.

(ll) the re-designation of ex-cadre post of SpecialDG (Coordination), as Special DG,

(Ill) the continuation of the earlier identified postof Commandant General, Home-Guards/CD/.,SDRF, J&K, which is also declared equivalentin rank & status to that 'of DGP, w.e.f01.01.2017, for a perjod-of 02 years.
