Progression to Yr 13• No January exams• AS exams start in May
• A grade D is needed at AS to guarantee progression to A2
• Satisfactory completion of Year 12 BTEC modules to progress onto second year BTEC
• A2 study / Yr 13 effectively begins in June• Students are required to attend ALL
lessons (including subjects they are planning to drop)

• Monday and Tuesday are admin/self study/mentoring sessions
• Wednesday registration followed by pastoral session (20/40mins) and/or year group briefing
