Grid enlarging: process of using a grid to enlarge an image; for copying very precisely

• Gridding to the same size. 1 inch to 1 inch.Goal: Try to match the lines, shapes, & spaces as precisely as possible.

Grid Enlarging: 1 in x 1 in. 2in x 2 in

The number of squares you have on the small version must match the number of squares on the large version.

To apply Chalk pastel, start with a lighter layer of a light color value. Softly work in the next color value. Blend between layers. Add several layers of each color value, plus black & white till you achieve a 3D look. Do not blow the chalk dust. Tap the dust onto a scratch paper.
