Garlic Shrimp with Sautéed Beetroot

You will need to make a homemade shrimp masala for this dish. Make life easier and double-up the recipe, so you can store extras in an air-tight container for later use. Admittedly, this recipe takes 35 minutes instead of 30. But, you can save those extra five minutes if you marinate the chicken beforehand and portion it out in freezer bags for future meals.
