Ditch the workout...Join the party!
Come join the party, let loose and burn up to 1000 calories in this fun and exciting fusion of International based music and dance moves.
This Latin inspired class combines fast and slow rhythms to achieve a perfect balance of both cardio and muscle toning benefits.
Zumba is easy to follow and fun for all fitness levels. Just bring appropriate footwear to dance in, sneakers or jazz sneakers, water and be ready to party!
“NO SWEAT!” Fitness Class
No Sweat is a great way to recharge your battery in the middle of the day and give you the energy to get through the afternoon!
The phrase "no sweat" means this is not a cardio workout. Instead, it utilizes stability balls, step benches, hand weights, resistance bands and mats.
Participants will perform a variety of exercises to increase strength.
This class is designed to accommodate from beginner to advanced individuals. All equipment will be provided.

Cardio Kick is the hottest cardio kickboxing class around for fitness training. It's effective and fun!
