Introduction
Diesel engine oil is the major product of crude oil.
It is a major source of pollution in our environment.
Petroleum is a aromatic compound. Oil is the Xenobiotic and recalcitrant. Diesel oil spills on agricultural land generally
reduced plant growth. Petroleum hydrocarbon can be degraded by
microorganism .
A large number of organism capable of degrading polyaromatic hydrocarbons compound.
Many different species , can degrade petroleum compound such as pseudomonas, micrococcus, bacillus, corneybactetium.
Hydrocarbon degrading bacteria are widely distributed in marine fresh water and soil habitats.
Oil degrading organism basically used alkane as a energy source and help in bioremediation.
Aims and objective
The Aim of our present study to isolate the
petroleum engine oil degrading bacteria from garage soil.
The Aim present study is to identify and evaluate their
degradation capability.

conclusion
Bacteria are able to grow on to the enriched media and used diesel engine oil as a energy source.
The bacteria have high potential to degrading oil and producing biosurfactant layer due to which reduce a surface tension of soil and water.
Isolated bacteria is Acinetobacter sp. may be. Biochemical test were performed with
susceptibility was done with bacterial isolates. It can be used to in big level of future purpose
using a gene &produce level for future.
FURTHER ASPECTS
Soil sample can stored in -80c for further analysis.
carry out PCR and sequencing. identify 16s rna from potential bacteria.
