Sustainable Management of Groundwater Resources of Kathmandu Valley, Nepal" to
commemorate the Nepal National Water Week (NNWW), 2013 on the occasion of World Water Day.
This year UN-Water has dedicated World Water Day 2013 to the theme 'International Year of
Water Cooperation'.
With this invitation, we also once again request you to make your paper presentation that has been
accepted by the Scientific Committee of the Symposium.
The symposium has the objective to share and be familiar with research activities on groundwater in
Kathmandu Valley, promote research work and its utilization for management of groundwater and to
enhance networking, collaborations and cooperation for sustainable management of groundwater.
We believe your active participation in the symposium will help contribute to the objectives of the
