The ALT Office can be placed in a location long-term and connects to on-site power. The electrical set-up is a 12V power system and can connect to a standard power cord.
On-Site Set-Up The unit can be placed directly on the ground. We recommend either having the unit placed on a cement pad, concrete piers or simple blocking under the four corners.

FINANCING There are several options for financing. As a general rule of thumb, local credit unions and banks that you have relationships with are some of your best bets. These institutions will finance a container office through a personal or business loan.
If you are adding the unit to your personal property you could possibly do a home equity line of credit or do a cash out refinance on your property. Below are a list of options for personal loans:

How to start? The first step is to secure finances for your unit. Once you have secured the necessary funds you are ready to get started! Contact us to schedule a free consultation where we will go over pricing in detail and provide you any additional information to move forward.
How do payments and financing work?We recommend contacting your local bank for a personal loan or consider a cash-out refinance on your home or a home equity line of credit. We have additional finance partners for personal loans as well. If it is for business use, you can look into getting a business loan for the purchase.
How long does it take to build?While our standard build time is 6-8 weeks, if we have units in inventory, you can recieve your unit within 1-2 weeks.
Can it handle harsh climates? All of our units are well insulated. The ALT Office comes standard with R-13 insulation. If you are in an extreme climate, additional insulation can be added.
How do you heat and cool an ALT Office?Mini-split HVAC units are used to provide ample heat and AC.
Where can I place an ALT Office?Thee most common place to install an ALT Office is directly in your backyard. However, the uses for the unit are limitless. From commercial and business purposes to installing it on a rural property for vacationing, the opportunities are endless.
How does it get delivered and installed?The ALT Office gets delivered on a flatbed trailer. Once it gets to site we recommend a small forklift to place the unit.
Does it require permits? Because the ALT Office does not come standard with electrical or plumbing and is under 120 sf., most cities do not require any permits to install a unit in your backyard.
What about my HOA?The ALT Office is technically a ‘shed’ and is allowed by most Homeowner Associations. The unit can be designed to match the exterior of your existing home or your community design requirements as needed.
