Jamie wakes 3 hours before class
starts. Jamie takes the bus and light
rail to campus and studies on the way.
Arrives early for class.
Heads to WRiting Center in CNF.
Checks in, loads term paper, meets
with tutor, shares input she seeks.
Learns about Auraria library online.
Develops research list.
Walks from Colfax stop to Cherry
Creek. Picks up coffee from
Intermission Cafe.
Heads to library, grabs a smoothie,
locates sources and settles in for
individual work at 3:30, meets with
classmates to further develop class
project.
Jamie engages with instructor and
classmates in active learning. Wireless
available, but technology issues. Jamie
knows she’ll need to come prepared to
interact. Furniture needs to be flexible.
Leaves study group early to catch light
rail and bus and head home. Changes
and heads to work.
One hour for lunch before meeting
with faculty at 1:00. Brings lunch to
save money. Faculty meet in adjunct
space in center in CHR. Professor
recommends writing center.
Works 6-10. Heads home, takes
shower, goes to bed.
