Depositing via Bitcoin orother Crypto’s

1. Log into your dashboard

2. Select Deposit

3. Select USD as your currency (please note cryptodeposits are not supported when selecting ZAR as adeposit currency)

4. Select LetKnowPay for Crypto Currency Deposit options

5. Select your Crypto of choice

6. Open your Crypto Wallet to either scan the QR code orcopy the deposit address; please note the minimumprocessing fee on deposits and withdrawals.

● Network fees for deposits are 0.00025 BTCAnd for withdrawals: 0.0005 BTC

7. Log into your Crypto provider, select SEND and chooseyour choice of crypto.

8. Scan the QR code or paste the address and select next

9. Copy BTC Amount

10. Paste BTC into Crypto wallet & click next

11. Confirm the amount of BTC to be sent

12. Check SMS to authorize transaction (*if required)

13. See confirmation of your transaction.

14. You may now close this window and standby forpayment to be allocated to your wallet.

● Upon closing the system will trigger the process of confirmation on the blockchain

15. Your Crypto wallet should send you confirmation viaemail that your transaction has been successful.

16. Funds will automatically reflect in walletapproximately 48 mins after confirmation of paymentis completed.

● Please allow approximately 60 – 120 mins for the blockchain to authorize your payment. Beadvised Crypto deposits are unfortunately not immediate and could take up to 2 hours toallocate to your wallet. This delay is out of our control as the funds must be verified on theblockchain.
