• Log in to your account with your login credentials.• Once logged in you will land to My dashboard where you can check your records

My dashboard: Ratings, applied audits, audits done etc. & other past records

My Applications: Can view assigned audits & their status

My Certifications: Certifications related to

various open opportunities

My payments: New & old payment

details

Open opportunities: All the live projects for which audits are to be conducted


How to look for available opportunities

• Click on the open opportunities to view live projects• Open opportunities can be based on: A. Location

Refine search: Under this head the area/distance you are willing to cover can be managed (Distance in kilometers).

Distance can be increased or decreased by moving this slider

B. Mystery shopping & audit type

Click on Audit type under open opportunities to see available audits as per your choice of “Type of audit”


• Go to open opportunities, specify your location• On the opportunity you want to go for, click Apply now

How to apply for a given opportunity

After you click on apply now for a project you will land into the project details where you can go through the audit details, instructions & the required certification


CertificationsBefore you apply click on certifications & attempt it

To clear certification click on attempt

Once certification is clear you can click to apply for your preferable stores

Before you apply clear the certification for that project


Certifications

• The certification tests are also displayed under the My certifications tab• If you are unsuccessful you can reattempt • The maximum no of attempts for any certification is 5

If you clear the certification you will be declared as certified.

If you do not obtain above the minimum score then the certification is unsuccessful


Process Flow Chart for assignment of opportunities

Click on open opportunities

Back up shopper given opportunity in case the assigned shopper fails to do the audit

Assigned Not assigned

Wait for Channelplay team to contact you

Reasons for non assignment:

1. Low certification score

2. Less experience3. Low shopper

Conduct the audit & submit reports

Pending unless QC done

View your audit status a. Assigned: If you have been assigned a project it will be shown hereb. Decision pending: The audit that has been applied by you but has not yet approved it will

be displayed herec. Declined: The details of the projects declined by you & the one not assigned to you will be

under this head stating the reason for the same.d. Completed: Upload the reports under this head. Status will be shown as pending unless

the Qc is done by the APM. Once quality check is done it will be marked as approved & the rating will be given to you

My payments

Go to My payments• Payments done: Past records of the cleared payments• Payments pending: Pending payment detailsBoth of the above can be viewed by sorting as per last no of audits, audit date location, audit name etc.

Payments can be filtered on the basis of the last audits done
