College Prep Transition Conference March 10, 2018

College Prep Transition Conference is a day long conference offered to high school students with disabilities and their parents. The goal of the conference is to provide students with knowledge and understanding of the transition process. We also hope to help parents and students learn about the difference between high school and college to allow them to better prepare for those adjustments.

The Conference will take place March 10 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Rowan University Chamberlain Student Center.

The registration fee is $50 for individual participants, or $60 for a parent and student registering together. Additional attendees require a $15 registration fee.
