• Exterior walls panels are insulated FRP composite walls, 1" R-7 urethane foam insulation. 1/4 panels, 1-1/2 total wall thickness

• Interior partition walls are ½” FRP panels over metal or wood frame • Foldable wall system for middle access room to include (2) wall sections (composite FRP

panels), hinged together and to exterior wall return, latches, angle ceiling bumpers w/gasket and floor sweep (seal)

• Bright white gel coat interior and exterior wall finish • Fabricated recessed wall section at front streetside of the trailer to accommodate Bard Air

Conditioner (approx. dimensions per print), include removable WTB locking access door approx. 18" wide x 48"high in side to access air conditioner

• Conspicuity tape sides and rear • "Bump" rollers heavy duty, mounted under rear trailer frame • Extended trailer tongue w/painted steel treadplate surface • Front step, 16"Dx24"W, hinged to store on top of tongue, steel grate surface, removable

through-floor hole w/flange and walk-on cover attached to a collapsible reinforced PVC hose/boot with manhole rim and restraining system to hold manhole rim in retracted position

• Front personnel door, 32" wide commercial steel, no window or screen, knob & deadbolt style locksets

• Rear personnel door, 32" wide commercial steel, no window or screen, knob & deadbolt style locksets

• (3) Interior doors, flat panel steel w/jamb and threshold, full weather-stripping and seal • Double rear doors w/camlock next to rear personnel door, approx width is 48"W x full height • (3) 12"x12" exterior access door located at each manhole access area, WTB aluminum

treadplate w/"T" latch and seal • Finished ceilings are polyboard liner over roof bows w/insulation • Flooring: 1/8" steel treadplate w/painted non-slip sand-type finish • (3) 2.5" I.D.x8" long pipe w/flange welded and reinforced to steel floor for customer supplied

davit crane • (3) Fire extinguisher holders, 8" I.D. steel pipe x 12" long welded to floor (fire extinguisher

• Transfer switch (manual) between the (2) Appleton 200 amp pin & sleeve receptacles, either of which can be the power input for the trailer

• (9) 48" fluorescent ceiling lights, 110 volt surface mount w/wrap around lens, (2) 3-way 110 volt wall switches (see adder below for explosion-proof lighting)

• (6) double duplex wall outlet, 20 amp, metal surface mount box • (3) double duplex outlet on extension cord, 20 amp, metal box w/25' SJO power cord,

permanently wired to junction box • (3) 110v GFCI protected duplex power outlets, exterior w/weatherproof cover • (2) 50 amp 125V 2 pole 3 wire twist lock receptacle, surface mounted metal double duplex

box, Hubbel CS6370 or equivalent, mounted in front manhole access room • LED running light system, 7-diode, (2) 15" turn/tail lights, (15) markers • Emergency strobe light system includes (8 lightheads total) with (2) single pattern power

supplies • Exhaust fan, through the wall mounted with hood, located over curbside work bench, Broan

or equivalent 10" @ 380 CFM, with wall switch • (6) 500W 110 volt flush mount quartz scene lights (4.2A), individually switched • (4) 110V 4' electric baseboard heater w/integral thermostat (4.2A), includes steel or aluminum

guards HVAC Systems • Furnish and install new Bard 5 Ton HVAC unit on front exterior wall of trailer • Furnish and install new Bard 3 Ton HVAC unit on recessed side exterior wall of trailer • Furnish and install new sheet metal supply and return ductwork, vents, dampers and

accessories • Furnish and install all required HVAC controls and electrical subsystems
