Under Title II of the ADA, Courts are required to take steps to ensure that their communications with people with disabilities are as effective as communications with others.

Problem: Courtrooms have long-standing oral traditions.How does an individual who does not speak participate in the courtroom?
1. A speech language pathologist (SLP) may assist people who need to communicate with lawyers and Judges in a court setting.

Transmitter/Receiver/Neckloop $2200 Order with headset, neckloop (receivers) and transmitter that will 'send' the sound to the headset or neckloop. Operate on line of sight only can be blocked easily. Advantage is that the there is no leak of sound into another room.
