Jimmy Key (1980-82) was a four-time Major League All-Star and two-time member of the World Series Champions with the Blue Jays and Yankees. He was on hand to throw out a first pitch prior to a Tiger home game in 2009.

Clemson has had just two head coaches in the last 52 years. Bill Wilhelm (left) totaled 1,161 victories from 1958-93, while former Western Carolina Head Coach Jack Leggett (right) has accumulated 724 wins at Clemson from 1994-09. Therefore, the two have combined for 1,885 of the Tigers 2,479 all-time victories (76 percent), eighth-most in Division I history.
