These facilities do not just bear the names of these equestrian superstars – the O’Connors are personally involved in each facility. They approve each site selection for market exclusivity, assist in the site layout and design, participate in promotional activities, and conduct annual clinics and appearances at each Signature Facility.

The O’Connor Signature Facility in Lake City, FL (pictured above) is accredited by the Certified Horsemanship Association, has been recognized as a 5-star Audubon Lifestyle Equestrian Facility by Audubon Lifestyles and received the Seal of Sustainability from the International Sustainability Council.

Available to planned and existing facilities, the O’Connor brand adds value to both the marketing and return on investment opportunities of each community, resort or public facility.

The expertise backing the Signature brand offers investors and developers unparalleled confidence. Equestrian Management, LLC, in conjunction with Affinity Management, expertly provides turnkey management at each Signature facility.

Each Signature facility benefits from the planning, design, management and equestrian experience of the Equestrian Services team. In addition to endorsing design elements, including high standards for construction, materials, quality, safety and efficiency, the O’Connors approve all lesson programs which are taught only by certified instructors. Key management staff receive training from Karen, David, and other members of their international competition-level team.

Equestrian Services LLC, can work with your spa provider to creat a new concept offering for projects: The Equi-Spa Lifestyle Solutions Program. The Equi-Spa Lifestyle Program is an equine – human program integrated within the spa environment for a unique and exciting experience.

Traditional spa offerings with human to human contact such as massage, pedicures, group fitness classes, and other therapeutic techniques are combined with equine assisted Lifestyle Solutions offering opportunities for personal growth and transformation. Spa for Equine Wellness

Utilizing the amazing talents of Frederic Pignon and Magali Delgado, an Equestrian Entertainment Spectacle can be created for your resort or destination property. Frederic and Magali display all of the magical beauty, drama and excitement from their exquisitely trained horses in each

spectacle they design. Their spectacles draw millions of viewers from around the world. Set in a permanent climate controlled venue the grandeur or intimacy of the show itself will be determined by market research data, financial projections and stakeholder desires.

Each new spectacle takes one to two years to create, therefore planning and contract commitments will be required long before the first show takes place.

The spectacle itself can be an excellent source of revenue. Additional guest experiences, and revenue streams, are also possible within the spectacle concept. “Behind-the scenes” and other VIP packages are customary. In appropriate settings, the opportunity for guests to ride horses “from the show” can provide true once-in-a-lifetime experiences.
