Highlights for 2012• Intensive work on mandate on migratory bird species for a

consensued plan for WHMSI• Flyway Program for the Americas / BirdLife International• CMS and COP in Norway, CBD and Climate Change• Landscape & landuse changes – Gran Chaco • Climate Change Adaptation and Ecosystem Services• Working at the national level with the Ministry of the Environment,

Attorney General & International Affairs• Safeguard consultations IADB/World Bank• Work with the private sector (soy, livestock & rice)• Waterbirds and migratory birds / portal and synergy with Calidris• Working on other fronts (mammals-bats, fish, etc.)
