Duration: All 2013 POC Regional Races, Enduro Races, and Rally Sport Races

Registration Requirements:

! It is the competitor’s responsibility to have his car inspected in impound to verify decal and tire compliance. Scales are considered a part of impound. Any POC Comp Committee or BOD can make the inspection.

! If you leave impound without verification, no contingency will be honored for that race. No exceptions! POC officials may not sign the applications after the event ends Sunday night. No exceptions!

! It's the competitor's responsibility to bring and complete the "Reward Rebate Application" at the track. Have it signed and dated by the same POC official who inspected your car at impound.

! Competitors must use 2013 forms and 2013 decal package for contingency redemption. No exceptions!

Usage Requirements:

1. To be eligible for the road racing portion of this program, competitors must be using Yokohama Racing A005 Tires on all four wheel positions. IMSA GT3 Cup tires are ineligible for the contingency program!

2. The A005 tires must have been purchased through Trackside Performance, Bob Woodman Tire, Trackfast Motorsports. In the event tires are purchased through a prep- shop instead, you will need to call Trackside Performance to see if you will qualify for the program. To be eligible for the Rally Sport portion of this program, competitors must be using Yokohama Racing A035 or A036 Rally Tires.

3. Decals Requirement: YES (Must use 2013 decal package). 4. # of Decals: 6. (See placement examples below) 5. Location: Must use 2013 decal package of the vehicle. No exceptions will be made for this

rule. No competing tire decals allowed on vehicle. 6. Decal availability: Decals will be mailed once registered. Additional decals are available through (949)

Class Eligibility: GT1, GT2, GT3, GT4, GT5, GTC3, GTC4, GTC5, V3

Award Details: ! Product awards are available to 1st and/or 2nd place drivers for each POC regional, Enduro, or Rally Sport race.

! Proof of purchase from an authorized distributor is required to claim contingency awards. ! A minimum of 5 starters are required in a class to claim 1st place awards 2nd place awards. ! See Payout schedule above for award amounts. ! To receive awards, contingency claim forms must be filled out completed and submitted to Trackside

Performance. ! All contingency awarded tires must be claimed within 30 days of the date of the race for which you are

submitting a contingency claim form and Yokohama's 2 page released labeled "Addendum". ! Contingency award tires can only be claimed for one points race finish per day with a maximum of 2 race

finishes per weekend. If there are more than 2 points races per weekend, the POC regional director must determine which races will be counted toward results for the Yokohama contingency program.
