Co., is best described as a torts exam for the legendary New York Court of Appeals, and the opinion sets forth a lodestar for tort analy-sis. Similarly, Lawyers Title Insurance v. Doubletree Partners, LLP is best described as a title-insurance exam for the Fifth Circuit, and the opinion sets forth a lodestar for: A. scrutiniz-ing title commitments, exception documents, surveys, and title policies; B. lodging title objections; C. negotiating and draft-ing contracts of sale and closing documents; and D. purchas-ing Endorsement Form T-19.1. 1.5 hours MCLE credit, no ethics credit.
