• Holding multiple town hall meetings to inform and obtain public input
• November 13, 2014 board will determine next steps

• While assistance from Federal stimulus programs and additional sales tax from GP expansion provided much needed relief during difficult periods, we continue to face cuts in revenue and increasing expenditures
