As we head into the summer months, I would remind our members to be vigilant in all your activities. Safety should be a pri-ority, just as it was when we were on active duty. Our detachment still needs your support. Many activities are

sparsely attended. I am still looking for someone to re-place Fred as the Boy Scout Chairman. Several requests from Scout Leaders have not been granted due to this important billet being vacant. I need someone to step up to the plate!! Our next meeting is June 11th and would love to see all our members attend. We still have a pitch in dinner at 6PM, followed by our meeting at 7PM. What a perfect time to share or renew old friendships. I encourage each of you to bring a friend, whether a prospective member or a current member. We really do have fun and attempt to inform our members of programs beneficial to Ma-rines and their families. If you have questions/comments, feel free to send them to me.
