1. 1. Our Goal: To provide an occasion for employees to work and be with other team members outside their respective departments to achieve better communication across departments; Promote camaraderie and unity as a team; Provide rest and recreation for the ManPH Team Members
2. 2. Strategies: Each Employees were given Room Accommodations without allowing them to choose their room mates. HR assigned two employees per department to stay in one room together with two employees from other departments; During the team building, each staff were asked to count 1 to 4 and arranged groupings according to their numbers to ensure that they get to work and prepare presentations with other departments; To limit team building activities during day time and provide ample time for the staff for rest and recreation.
3. 3. The Resort Eagle Point Resort, Mabini Batangas With their assigned Car Pool, the Man PH Team left Manila as early as 7:00 AM, ate breakfast at MC DONALDS Bauan Batangas. The Groupp reached the Teambuilding venue at arounf 10:00AM.

Employee Feedback: Good Teambuilding venue and hotel accommodation; however, food needs improvement; Good Car pooling, room assignments and coordination of activities; Everyone had fun and very cooperative during the team activities; Good outdoor activities but dedicated facilitator would more ideal to further address communication, camaraderie and unity agenda. Overall, the activity was successful and very much appreciated by the ManPH Team.
