State Council/Chapter Incentive Program
State Councils will earn $10 for every SHRM National member in the state who is SHRM certified on December 31, 2015
Chapters will earn $20 for every SHRM National member in the chapter who is SHRM certified on December 31, 2015
Incentive program will continue in 2016
Payments will be made in January 2016 and January 2017
This Incentive Program aligns SHRM and its affiliates, encourages participation in the SHRM certification program, and compensates State Councils/Chapters for any revenue loss associated with decline in
recertification activity related to the legacy certifications.
