TERMS & CONDITIONS

• PAYMENT TERMS. All invoices are due 30 days from invoice date. Invoices not paid within 30 days of invoice date will be charged 1.5% per month.

• PAYMENT METHOD. Pukka accepts either checks made out to Pukka, Inc., or payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Credit Cards. Returned checks will be subject to a $25.00 service charge.

• CANCELLATIONS/RETURNS. No order cancellations will be accepted unless approved by an authorized agent of Pukka after being received in written form. Orders entered into production cannot be canceled. No returns will be accepted for fabric and/or thread shading which may vary between different lots and from order to order. All discrepancies must be addressed within 14 days of receiving your order.

• PROMOTIONAL USE OF PRODUCT. Pukka reserves the right to use product and product images for promotional use.

• COPYRIGHT AND LICENSED LOGOS. Pukka will not accept copyrighted graphics or reproduce national brand logo trademarks without written consent from the brands licensing department. Pukka will not assume liability for copyright infringement for agreeing to reproduce a customer’s order.

DISCLAIMER

Color shade variations are inherent with any fabric during the dyeing process and we cannot guarantee color shades will match previous shipments. Prolonged exposure to light or moisture may cause fading or discoloration and is not a defect in the cap. Slight imperfections in pigment-dyed and garment-washed caps are a natural feature of these cap styles.

PLEASE NOTE: Orders received between January 1 and April 30 may be subject to longer lead times.
