Harvest & Winemaking

◆ The 2016 vintage was characterized by low precipitation and ideal temperatures, with an overall slightly cooler climate than 2015. This resulted in perfectly-ripened grapes at harvest time.

◆ The grape varieties for the Mamma Mia White blend were fermented separately in our cellars to maintain their unique characteristics.

◆ Mamma Mia White was aged for about 3 months in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and aromatics.

Tasting Notes

Straw yellow in color, this vintage of Mamma Mia White pops

with fresh notes of tropical fruit, peach and white flowers.

A vibrant palate, balancing its natural acidity with a delicate

citrus finish.
