PLATINUM LEVEL

The Platinum level includes a one hour thought leader session with 5 WAIS faculty of your choosing. Your representatives will select the format and topic for a round table discussion. WAIS will provide all requested AV equipment, coordinate the faculty attendance, send out reminders and advanced materials and conduct a post session survey. Additional components of the Platinum Level Package include:

*Up to 8 corporate registrations - includes attendance to reception, luncheon, banquet dinner

*One 10x10 Booth space or two 6’ table tops

*Up to 3 activities passes - all WAIS off-site activities

*Company logo/link on WAIS website and on all distributed conference material & exhibit hall signage

CONFERENCE APP:

The conference APP is designed to help exhibitors, speakers and attendees manage their conference schedules, flag

sessions, review presentations, communicate with other registrants, take notes, schedule appointments and dissimenate

information. Push notices and banner ads allow companies to share product information, send reminders on any day /

time of the conference.

• Push notifications (1-5) - $500

- includes custom text messages that go out at a pre-scheduled time / date

• Banner advertisement - $500

- banner ads include picture, header, links that are displayed prominently in the app during the conference

• Additional content in company profile (1-3) - $500

- add .pdf brochures, images, or expanded product profiles within the app

WITHOUT A SCALPEL DOCUMENTARY SCREENING

Without a Scalpel, Episode 2: The Cancer Snipers will be screened on-site at the Bacara Theater (seating 200). As the

major funder of this project, WAIS is proud to support the Interventional Initiative through these 2 showings during the

2017 conference. The screenings are open to all attendees and their guests. Basic times and prices are below. For more

• Post Opening Reception Screening (Sunday, 7:30-8:15 p.m.) - $7000

• After Lunch Matinee Screening (Tuesday, 1:30-2:15 p.m.) - $4000

Late Cancellations and No Show Fees: Any and all adjustments to a reservation after August 9th, 2017, which may include full or partial cancellation or no shows, will be assessed the cost of the full length of stay, plus applicable taxes. Any such charges will be the individual Guest’s responsibility and not the responsibility of Western Angiographic & Interventional Society.

WAIS has the following special nightly rates for registered attendees of the 2017 conference.

These are room rates only and do not reflect taxes and resort fees. Rates apply 3 days pre and 3

days post conference dates of Sept. 10-14th, 2017

• $239 / night for Village Garden (King or 2 Queens)

• $269 / night for Village Garden King w/ Fireplace

• $299 / night for Partial Ocean (King or 2 Queens)

• Suites are available at standard resort rates

Reservation Notes: Reservations can be made after conference registration is received and confirmed by WAIS. Fees will be assessed by the resort if cancellations are made after the group deadline. Reservation request received after the cut-off date will be based on availability at the Hotel’s prevailing rates. The group deadline and the “cut-off date” for reservations is August 9, 2017.
