PHASE 1: THE MIGRATIONThe timeline of migrating applications from an on-premise model to a cloud hosting environment typically ranges between 3-5 months, but can be as short as 8 weeks, depending upon the number of applications to be migrated and the number of application instances. During this portion of the project, businesses can decide what to do with existing Infor FTE resources whose skills are now offered by the cloud provider and what to do with their existing technology assets and their remaining leave payments, or depreciation expenses, if any.

PHASE 1 - BLUEPRINTING TIME: Weeks to Months, Varying by ScopeThe purpose of this phase is to provide initial planning and preparation for the Infor implementation.
