• Anydamagecausedbynegligenceormisuse.• Glassbreakage–forglasscarepleaserefertothetablesticker.• HartmanPacificanditsauthorisedagentswillnotberesponsibleforshippingandpackagingchargesincurredinmakingaclaimunderthiswarranty.Youshouldcontactthestore of purchase for assistance.

It has the ability to thrive ineventhemostaridenvironment.Acaciatimberbearsthescarsoftime–i.e.windcracks,varioussizedknotsandhairlinefractures, ensuring every piece has its own rustic grain pattern, colourandfeel.Ourtimberproductswillnaturallyexpandandcontractdependingontheweather.Intimeadditionalcracksand bumps will occur. If left, stains mayfadeovertime.Asthenatureofeachpieceoftimberisdifferent, the bleeding period is an unpredictable length of time.

Thereisaminimalriskofleaching/bleedingandallprecautionshavebeentakentoreducetheriskoftimberleaching.Intheunlikelyeventthereissomeleaching,werecommendthefollowing process as a precautionary measure: Toacceleratethebleedingprocessandtoavoidstaining,wehighly recommend hosing down the furniture several times on a grassed area which diminishes the leaching process. Timberfurniturecanbecleaned.Rinsethefurnitureanduseasponge or soft bristle brush to scrub the furniture with a mild cleaning solution.Lastly,rinsethefurniturewithfreshwater.Tomaintaintheoriginalfinish,reapplicationofahigh-qualityoilisrecommended.Paint or any products with polyurethane are not recommended, as application of these products will void the warranty.Hart-Wood™: • Brushoffloosedirtanddustregularly.•Donotuseabrasiveproductsorchemicals.Steel Frames and Table Tops:Cleanwithwarm,soapywater.Damagetothepaintfinishmaycausecorrosion.Touchupanydamagewithpaintimmediately.Tomaintaintheglossonnon-texturedfinishes,protectwithafineautomotivewax.Ontexturedfinishes,periodicallyapplymineralorbabyoil.Severestainsmayrequirelightsandingandtouch-uppainting.Thefinishisformulatedandbakedontomakeithighlyresistanttorepellentsandlotions.Toavoiddiscolouration,cleantheframeassoonaspossibleafterexposuretothesechemicals.Incoldclimates,besuretodrainanywater accumulated inside the frames before storing for the winter.Cushions, Slings and Wicker: •Removestainspromptlytopreventpermanentmarking.•Washfabricwithmilddetergent.•Rinsethoroughlywithcleanwater.•Donotuseanysolventcleaners.•Donotbleach,dryclean,machinewashortumbledrycushions.•Toremovesurfacedust,regularlyvacuumwickerfurnitureusingthesoftbristlebrushattachment.Togetstubborndirt,fuzz,oranimalhairoutofthecrevicesuseanew,drypaintbrush to brush it out.

Forallfurniture,werecommendthatyoucheckandtightenanyloose fittings and joints after an initial period of use of around 3-6months.Forassuredlonglifeofyourfurniture,regularcheckingandtighteningofanyboltsshouldbecarriedoutona6-12monthsbasis.Alwaystakecarenottoovertightenboltswhen assembling and maintaining your furniture.
